About Nick Whalen

Nick Whalen has worked as a photojournalist since 2006.

His images have been published by AP, Reuters, Sydsvenskan, The Washington Times, the UN, DOUBLEtruck magazine and zReportage. His writing and radio stories have appeared in Inter Press Service and Free Speech Radio News respectively. He is working on long-term projects in Gary, Indiana, Haiti and on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.
